Before fulfillment

After fulfillment
Delivered license keys, credentials, invitations, activation links, and completed services are generally non-refundable unless defective and covered by the stated warranty.
Failed or partial orders
Confirmed failures are reviewed against provider evidence. Eligible full or proportional refunds are returned through an available supported method after verification.
