Warranty and replacement
Warranty applies only when a package states a warranty duration and the claim is submitted within that period.
Eligible claims
A delivered item that is invalid, inaccessible, or materially different from its disclosed delivery type may qualify for review. Evidence may be required.
Not covered
Customer-caused changes, prohibited use, sharing contrary to restrictions, expired entitlements, and third-party enforcement outside the disclosed warranty are not automatically covered.
Resolution
An approved claim may receive troubleshooting, replacement inventory, partial credit, or another documented resolution. Decisions and replacements are recorded in the claim timeline.
